Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"This is an outstanding breakfast destination. You may experience a wait but well worth it. This is a must stop. We drive from Grand Rapids just to eat here."
"Food was excellent! Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place!"
"Decent coffee. Nice pastries. Frozen pizza dough for sale"
"Oh my goodness!!! I am in heaven!!! You know a place is good when it’s a Tuesday, at 1030a, and the place is packed. Nolani, our server; gave excellent advice and we were thrilled with our meals! All food is prepared in house, is fresh and preservative free! I had a couquette, the almond danish, a cafe ole coffee, and the Dutch Dip. The Couquette was delicious, the almond danish is better than my favorite O Almond danish, the coffee was perfect and the Dutch Dip was scrumptious! Highly recommend and will definitely be back again!!! AND—our sweet lab, Bodhi, sat outside with us."
"Food is delicious. Make sure you try the Dutch specialities."
"Loved our visit to this spot. The food was also great! Wow the pancakes and Dutch potatoes!! Quite affordable too. The layout was different and new due to having the bakery and Restuarant in the same space"
"My husband had the chicken tenders and I had Oscar’s tacos. Delicious! Our waitress was a doll. And you had donuts on sale!"
"DeBoer's is such a great family owned restaurant on the 'north side' of Holland, MI ! A nice variety of delicious menu offerings, for both breakfast and lunch - a favorite restaurant for many people. And the friendly service is exceptional too! Their bakery location on the 'south side' of Lake Macatawa has a great selction of baked goods too, many of which they also supply to the main restaurant location on the north side. Klompen cakes are a very nice size (added a pic to see the size, love 'em) but there are so many other delicious offerings and daily specials that will tempt you - you can't go wrong!"
